The venue, Chestnut Hill Conference Lodge, has accommodation available for up to 40 guests, and prices include all meals for check-in from 4pm Tuesday 15th and departing 11am Saturday 19th.

The registration fee is entirely refundable, and is only implemented because places are limited for the in-person event.
